What to expect: The 10-story high-rise is one of the few historic properties in downtown Atlanta. Built in 1918 and later renovated, the hotel is located in the artsy Fairlie Poplar neighborhood, which houses parts of Georgia State University, renovated lofts, and art galleries. It?s also a half-mile from the Georgia World Congress Center and draws a large convention crowd.
