Amenity highlights: Free shuttle service to and from the Van Dorn (Blue Line) Metro station is scheduled regularly in the morning and afternoon, and upon request during the rest of the day. The shuttle also takes guests to nearby shopping and businesses. Insider tip: The Shenandoah Brewing Company, 1 mile from the hotel at Beauregard and Pickett streets, was the first brewery to brew beer in Alexandria after Prohibition. You can brew your own ale or lager right there?and they clean up the mess.
